The inspiration for MinMin derived from a friend who was curious to know how to pronounce the word ‘noodles’
in Chinese. We liked the name so much we decided to call our noodle bar MinMin.
Our love of noodles and frequent trips to Hong Kong meant that we were always finding new and exciting local cafes
on every street corner that sell authentic, simple and tasty noodle soup.
This inspired us to open MinMin. We use noodles that are specially sourced and imported from Hong Kong from
a well-known and popular manufacturer that has over 50 years of experience producing noodles of a particularly
high standard in quality and taste. Noodles are loved by everyone young and old; it is a simple dish that can be
eaten every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our food also has Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese influences which is food we love to eat during our travels and on this
note we created a menu for you to discover and experience at MinMin.
