Walk, Run, take the stairs , put some music on, dance and sing!! Just move!!

Being active lifts your mood, strengthens every part of your body inside and out. Its a great distraction from bad habits such as overeating , smoking or just sitting infront of the TV too much.

Im still very much a child when it comes to laughter, any chance i get, even if i do embarrass the kids (even funnier when someone is trying to be serious). I was on the tube the other day when my daughter sent me a funny image. I couldn’t help but chuckle , then i made a snorty noise, at which point the man sitting next to me got up moved away which just made me laugh more!

Tap in to what makes you chuckle and make it a daily habit !

Please treat yourself like you would your best friend or loved one.

Easier said than done but keep trying because you really are worth it.
