Who is the book for?

I see this as huge value to those who are already conscious and looking for a way to take it to the next level. By performing the 5x2 method before your mediation, you are expanding and opening up your level of awareness and creating a clean, healthy, positive environment for the meditative state to transcend to deeper levels.

The 5x2 Method is for people who may already be doing some sort of 5x2 but have no clue they are because they are not conscious. Once the 5x2 method is brought to your awareness, it changes the experience you have with it and enriches the experience of the positive feedback loop that it is intended to create.

For example, someone who wakes up in the morning and grinds their coffee may just grind their coffee, quickly throw it in the machine and then move on to the next task. That same person who reads The 5x2 will now grind their coffee and stop to take 2 seconds to smell the aroma of the beans before they pour it into the machine.

It is for people who are completely asleep and are in search of something that will open up some sort of spiritual awakening. Often times these people either have no clue where to begin looking for answers, or they think it’s too complicated and time-consuming. Meditation is an overwhelming, scary word for them. These people need a quick solution that makes sense and can easily be integrated into their everyday life without much interruption.

Lastly, this book is also for people who struggle with managing stress. Reducing stress will help you be more productive and open your eyes to be able to see things more clearly. Self-doubt and stress cloud your ability to truly see and appreciate what’s around you.

Stress management is all about taking charge of your lifestyle, thoughts, emotions, and the way you deal with problems. Learn to say “no”, avoid people who stress you out and take control of your environment.

I'' very innocently stumbled upon this technique. Every morning when the alarm clock rang, I would reach up for a long deep stretch, roll out of bed, pull on my slippers, walk downstairs to grind my coffee and breathe in the aromas, read through my morning inspiration from the Daily Om, turn on a Gary Vee Podcast, pour myself a cup of coffee and get on with my day.
