Add more fiber rich foods and vegetables to your diet, generally speaking the more whole foods you eat, the better. For example; Peas, brussels sprouts, broccoli bananas, blueberries, onions, garlic, dark chocolate ( couple of squares) and red wine ( a glass).

Fermented foods in moderation as they are high in salt and sugar such as pickled vegetables and sauerkraut.

Probiotics

If you need to take anti biotics then do take probiotics with them to protect your gut.

Being kind to yourself is a full time job that will reward you with good health and a positive mind. Next time you prepare a meal remember to feed your glorious gut!

Enjoy today, enjoy the now and see you next month...Best wishes Heather
