Ijust love the column and I am a huge fan of Nicole Gibson, your ambassador. For three years now I have been living successfully as a woman and I plan reassignment surgery next year. My question is - what aesthetics treatments could help me to feminise myself more? Sadly, I am not as pretty as Nicole and could

do with some help.

Danielle Taylor, Bath

Do not worry - these days, provided you choose the right doctor, it is relatively easy to feminise facial features. The best option is H.A. (hyaluronic acid) fillers, which can be used to enhance cheekbones and lips, giving a more feminine appearance.

Volumising fillers can add rounder shapes and curves, smoothing the more masculine geometrical contours, giving an additional feminine touch to the face.

So there are a number of options - it all depends on the individual and their anatomical structure.

I am going on holiday next month to Ibiza. And let’s be honest, I love to party! What vitamins can I take to help my body recover from my excesses? And what about this after-party drip I’ve heard about? Or is it just a con?

Mike Smith, Earl's Court London

Partying and lack of sleep, over-consumption of alcohol and an unbalanced diet - we’ve all been there from time to time but particularly when we’re on holiday.

These days, given the fact that the nutritional content of many foods is already poor because of processing and the use of pesticides and preservatives, it’s no wonder we feel like wrecks after a clubbing holiday.

Multivitamin tablets are always a good supplement to a western diet. Intravenous drips with a cocktail of multivitamins, minerals, essential elements and anti-oxidants will also aid a swift recovery.

These drips can also be used once a month for general wellbeing and nutritional balance, and will help prevent deficiencies of essential minerals and vitamins that your GP or local hospital might never check are missing, such as zinc, anti-oxidants, vitamin C and many more.
