MilliOnAir

ust over a year ago I started my journey with MilliOnAir magazine where I did the cover interview with my friend, Hollywood Actor Jeff Fahey. Since then I have done a few of the interview covers, some great inside features and have shared my findings in the world of tech, entertainment and motivational movement.

This month I want to share something really special that I have not released before. This piece you are about to read, was written many years ago, way before I got into the cyber and digital world, back when my focus was inspirational talks. I wrote this and I thought it would be perfect to share with you all as it’s real, it comes from the heart and is something I know will make you reflect on those day you feel blue, as we all have them!

Enjoy and keep being amazing!

"There are those days when you wake up, open your eyes and feel like you don't have a clue of what you are doing. Anyone knows what I'm talking about?

You lie in bed, staring at nothing, not knowing why on earth you woke up in the first place. It's called being human. No matter how successful you are, how great you are at having the right mindset, anyone who says they have never had a day like that is simply lying!

Doubting yourself, having fears and questioning what you are doing is all part of our growth. Some people are better than others at moving past it and yes! we can all learn to reflect on our thoughts then move forward.

Nonetheless, when you get those mornings, it still sucks! Today it was one of those for me. Yes! You heard it right! Miss Kick-Ass Attitude having doubts? Not feeling 100%??

This is what I call honesty and transparency. The difference is that I am able to do that reflection in a much quicker time.  I simply wanted to share it with you and let you know that it's ok to have a ' blah' morning or few hours where you don’t feel like yourself.  It actually helps you slow down and look at what you are doing. Sometimes we get so wrapped up into our daily lives that we go weeks and months without stopping to evaluate where we are going.

In the past it would have taken me a few days to get back to normal, now it’s just a couple of hours. If I feel blue, I reflect on it, then I give myself a kick-up the butt to keep on moving.

Now I think of the rest of the world. Those who don't have the same mindset, those who are where I was before I found personal development. And if there is one thing I encourage everyone to do is to make personal development part of your journey and share it with your friends and those who need it.

I remember when I was younger, I had this friend who was a really close friend, but we grew apart once I started developing a new mindset.  We used to hang out a lot but not do much. Then I started to grow and wanting to do more in life, go places, see things but all she wanted to do was sit on the couch in front of the box.
