However, you can’t come to Taiwan and not have noodle soup, and I can highly recommend Shiyu Taipei where Peihwa Chang and her husband have opened their noodle shop. For the meat eaters among you, get the beef noodle soup, I had the veggie noodles served with side dishes of delicately flavoured tofu, zingy, refreshing smacked cucumber and eggs slowly cooked in a light soy broth.
