With Christmas around the corner, there are office parties, friend parties, Christmas dinners, more food and more alcohol around!, so what shall we do if we want to keep on top of our health diets during this tempting season? Let's see what Chris has to say.
Holiday Health Tips
#1 Don’t focus on food
- We often build and emotional connection to our food and the holidays are a perfect excuse to indulge in our favorite comfort foods; however, inevitably we end up feeling uncomfortable and guilty. Instead of focusing on your favorite foods, try to focus more on having fun and enjoying quality time celebrating with friends and family.
