Not many people know that I used to work for Estee Lauder's son Ronald at Ronald S. Lauder Communications Inc. a global communications provider started by Ronald when he found while travelling the world that communications providers generally provided a very poor service at exorbitant rates.
Later I also worked for Charles Dunstone at Carphone Warehouse.
My area of specialisation was the mobile accounts of High Net Worth Individuals ( HNWI's ) where I mediated between call centre managers and advisors to ensure an efficient and appropriate level of service.
I communicated with marketing, credit control and all the UK RSL COM dealers based in the Head Office.
I ensured that the HNWI clients had any queries relating to mobile phone tariffs, insurance, accounts and contractual agreements resolved to their complete satisfaction and I provided first line technical assistance to those HNWI's.
I am now working with Head of Business Development at Spectrum Telecomms. Chris Windley ( You will also know that Chris is my mentor and adviser here at Millionair and a regular contributor ) to design a full communications service that is appropriate for my Millionair HNWI clients.
