Rooted in Barbados and grown in Britain, the founders of Saint Aymes pay tribute to the islands that make them.Inspired by the natural beauty of Barbados and the architecture of the British Empire, we seek to create iconic edible art experiences.
"Saint Aymes" has personal significance to Michela & Lois and represents their heritage as well as dreams for the future. Saint references the parishes of Barbados that are each prefaced with Saint and Aymes is the last name of their grandfather who they greatly admire. Saint Aymes for us is a heavenly place of beauty and splendour. Everything we create therefore is to uplift senses and emotions towards divine bliss.
With a mission to make every moment beautiful, we create enchanting and handmade luxury chocolates that are almost too beautiful to eat.
