What is the most positive piece of advice you pass on to people you meet....

So many people reach out to me now days and I must admit I am overwhelmed by the inspirational people I am connected too, more inspiring than me I must admit. They still ask me how I keep going, how I keep smiling. My advice to myself and others is... "Laugh, even when you want to cry, because laughing is the best way to get through life. Everything that seems big will be small one day."

What is the most positive song on your play list.

I have many on my play list, but one tune keeps popping up on my list which takes me back to when I was twelve living by the sea and it seemed the summer lasted for ever and I think this was my happiest moment in life, not a care in the world... The Style Council Long Hot Summer

How do you deal with negative people....

I DON'T any more! I used to talk for ages to people with negative thoughts and in the end I realised it drained the hell out of me! I had to shut off from these people, now if anyone starts to talk or act negative, I smile and then run a mile!

What is the most positive film you have watched...

It has to be '' Pay it Forward” it still gives me goosebumps and an absolute happy feeling.

It's the story of a social studies teacher who gives an assignment to his junior high school class to think of an idea to change the world for the better, then put it into action. When one young student creates a plan for "paying forward" favors, he not only affects the life of his struggling single mother, but he sets in motion an unprecedented wave of human kindness which, unbeknownst to him, has blossomed into a profound national phenomenon.

What's paying it forward?

That's me.

And that's three people.

And I'm going to help them, but it has

to be something really big...

...something they can't do

by themselves.

So I do it for them...

"Don't take anything personally. Nothing other people do is actually about you. If we let what others say affect us, we set ourselves up for needless pain."
