Lip fillers last six to nine months, occasionally 12 months, but they can also last less than six months too. Duration depends on lifestyle - lip fillers last much less in smokers, in people doing extreme sports and also those who are exposed to a lot of sun.
In the first instance I would go back to the place where you had the lip filler and check the “before” pictures. Sometimes we get used to the improved version of our selves very quickly and forget what it was like before. I would also suggest that you check the type and density of filler, as there is variation in the range of the fillers too.
