You’ve already mentioned a couple today, but What would you say have been some of your most memorable moments in your career so far?

Yeah, of course Happy Days is way up there, as well as directing the films.

From a purely creative level, another one was in a small theater when I got to play a really bad, evil psycho. I had to transform so much as an actor.

A year or two ago I got to do a film called Follow, and that was great.

Singing, recording the CD in the studio was a great highlight, and singing live with people like Linda. I'm looking forward to more of that.

I have been going out on meetings for TV and Film projects, so hopefully I will be able to share more news soon. On the directing side, I have some scripts that I really like, and Im hoping to get those off the ground. One of them is called "Pokerella". It's an updated Cinderella story but in Vegas. It's great fun. I'm attached to direct that. There is another one I want to direct - called The Philosopher, and then a film called "Unidentified" in which I would be a producer.

Singing wise, I just did a few shows in LA, NY and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico which were great. Coming up, I mentioned a tour with our friend Jonathan Cilia Faro in Italy and Switzerland in May. You can check our social feeds for more details.

As you know, I’m all about sharing inspiring stories and getting our readers smiling. You are an inspiration to many Don and your work has made an impact on millions of people around the world, so now I have a few general questions for you

What or who inspires you in life?

Professionally, I get inspired when I see a good movie or a great performance. Also...a great piece of art. On a more personal side, when I see people who are doing things where they are really committed to something, and passionate and selfless about it… and they show a lot of courage and commitment - that inspires me.

What does Don enjoy doing on his spare time?

I used to play golf. To me it’s a kind of meditation. I love the game. I also love being out in nature and being out with my family, going on hikes in beautiful places.

With all the experience and wisdom you have gathered so far in life, what advice would you give to your younger self?

It’s funny, because we touched on it a little bit earlier, and there are probably lots of things.. but one that pops out to me - I tended to be a little bit shy. Not antisocial, but it was hard for me. I didn’t gravitate towards the social side of the business, and I think I isolated myself too much. So if I was able to tell my younger self something, it would have been to open up to that more, to embrace that side more, because I think I might have insulated myself too much.

That’s a great piece of advice Don, Tell us something not many people know about you?

I guess what I just said,, people don’t know that I’m actually very shy (totally opposite the character I played on "Happy Days"), which is probably why I avoid a lot of social situations. I also can be overly analytical. And I don’t think people would expect that from me.

What country would you like to visit you have not been to as yet?

Ireland, Germany, Japan. My daughter has been to Japan twice and she’s loved it . Based on some of her experiences and how she has described it, I would love to go there sometime.

And finally, what is the one item you cannot live without?

Dark Chocolate!

Haha, that’s a different one! Most people tend to say their cellphones or laptop, I was not expecting that one! Thank you very much for your time Don
