''I did not build a sustainable luxury brand to 'look' good, I did it to 'do' good. As a forward-thinking eco-ethical brand - we are passionate about people, the environment, and all life on the planet. We are transparent in everything we do, and invite our customers to experience the world of Virginia Stone by sharing our stories. ''

Tell us about your main raw materials...
The Virginia Stone apothecary features hundreds

of exotic raw resins, roots, leaves, beans, and

flowers. We are committed to sourcing our raw

materials from small-scale family-owned

organic farms from around the world. A plant

must retain its life force to yield results, and

chemical farming practices, over-processing, and

excess heat destroy its natural healing

properties and render it dead. Virginia Stone

employs non-GMO organic farming practices,

natural filtration methods, and a 'slow-cook'

approach to protect the purity and essence of our

raw materials.

How did you integrate the social and societal aspects in the cycle of life* of your product?

Virginia Stone is a sustainable luxury brand to

the core. We have joined forces with a

community of like-minded conservationists and Fairtrade activists, supporting environmental and social sustainability initiatives around the world. We support Fairtrade providing sustainable incomes, education, and support programs within communities.

We have partnered with Trusts in Africa as a way to give back and support education, conservation, and cultural exchange. We are passionate about protecting and preserving our disappearing forests, so we plant a tree and wildflower seeds for every purchase made - and we believe that all forms of life deserve respect and protection, so we do not test on animals or support suppliers who do. Every Virginia Stone product is proudly vegan.
