In addition to leading the senior class, for the next year, he is one of nine members of the Millburn Board of Education. Serruto, who turned 18 just before the general election in November, is said to be the youngest elected official in the county, if not the state. Interviewed on the morning show “Fox & Friends,” he described himself as “fiscally conservative, socially liberal. I consider myself a moderate.” ON THIS PAGE Lunch is served courtesy of “favorite deli” Millburn Delicatessen in Millburn | PHOTOGRAPHY COURTESY OF MILLBURN DELICATESSEN ON THE COVER Former Seton Hall DJ Kelly Dillon | PHOTOGRAPHY COURTESY OF LAUREN LISTOR 2 SPRING 2020 MILLBURN & SHORT HILLS MAGAZINE
