KICKING BACK
These renderings, which
reflect the design details to be
completed this spring, show
that the guest dressing area
at left and walk-in closet, top,
share the same color scheme
and design theme, with clean
lines and clean shades of
white. “The basement bar has
many recreation and attraction
points such as pool, game and
ping pong tables, a movie the-
ater and golf simulator,” says
Yossry. The bar is located at
the center of these attractions,
and was designed in a round
shape both as a focal point
and to enable free movement,
he says; a matching rounded
tray ceiling was incorporated
into the bar area ceiling design.
To ensure a sense of elegance,
Yossry used a hand-selected
walnut veneer, high gloss
lacquer finish, precious stone
countertops and burnished
silver hardware. ■
