When Dr. Jared Eisen puts his heart into some-
thing, he does so unequivocally and with great
passion. His commitment to his work and to
provide the best possible dentistry to his patients
has led to travel here and abroad to participate
in continuing education on new techniques in
dentistry from top clinicians. He is a strong believer
that continuous training assures he stays at the
top of the general practice and restorative
dentistry profession.
Dr. Eisen received his D.M.D. degree from
Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly the
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New
Jersey). Upon graduation, Dr. Eisen completed a
general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel
Medical Center (NBIMC) where he trained with the
area's top clinicians in all specialties of dentistry
and became a skilled practitioner in cosmetic and
restorative dentistry. “Patients walk into my office
who refuse to smile. Together we look at the big
picture to achieve the aesthetic results they hope
for and to give them back their smiles. When they
return for follow-up appointments and I witness
the change, I know I’ve made a real difference in
restoring their confidence,” says Dr. Eisen.
In 2009, Dr. Eisen was awarded a Fellowship in
the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
What really sets Dr. Eisen apart from his peers is
his ability to make patients feel comfortable and at
ease before, during and after a visit or procedure.
No wonder patients travel from all over the United
States and as far away as Europe for his services.
A strong believer in giving back, Dr. Eisen and
Dr. Lara Merker, a practicing periodontist, have
been involved in the Give Back A Smile program
founded by the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry (AACD) since 2007. As a member of this
program, Dr. Eisen provides restorative and cos-
metic dentistry at no cost to survivors of domestic
violence.
Dr. Eisen is happiest when working with his
hands. Whether it’s in his field of dentistry or his
second passion, music, his hands are skilled and
agile. He is adept at playing numerous instruments
including the violin, drums, bass, guitar, piano and
saxophone and composes original works of music.
Dr. Eisen has been selected by New Jersey
Monthly magazine as a top dentist the last
4 consecutive years.
