EATING IN THE OPEN
(Left) Rosard continued the walnut wood theme into the open kitchen,
which has walnut hardwood floors, and walnut cabinetry from Henry
Built, a Seattle-based company with a showroom in New York City. The
flooring and back splash are made from porcelain tile, and the counter
tops are Caesarstone; a storage drawer for knives slides out over the
counter top. (Top) The large freestanding gas fireplace, which has cladding
of leathered granite, separates the dining room area from the living
room area on the other side. (Above) Big windows and asliding glass
door reveal the new deck outside.
