Science and Math Corner - Milk Curdeling
First, I took a glass of milk. This is what the milk looked like freshly poured:
Then, I left the milk overnight. When I got it in the morning, this is what the curdled part looked liked:

The temp. stayed constant through the night. So did the location. The amount of sunlight didnt change either. My independent variable is time and my dependent variable is the percent of milk that is curdled. I measured amounts to determine the dependent variable.
I do not agree with genatically moddifying foods. I believe it is very unhealthy for your body and your immune system. Genetically modifying food can new allergic reactions. They can also contain antibiotic features that, when consumed by humans, make our actual antibiotic medicinces less effective. Modified genes can escape into the wild. If herbicide resitant genes cross into wild weeds, a super weed that is resistant to herbicides can be created. There have been isolated cases of animals dying after eating genetically modiffied foods. On the other hand, genetically modifying foods helps the world with food shortage.
