There are a few things you need to know about freezing milk first. One is that milk expands when freezing. So when you are freezing your milk, make sure that you have space in your container for it to expand.The other thing you need to know about milk is that it will separate while frozen. The milk and fat will separate but that will not ruin the milk. Just shake the milk when it is thawed and it is as good as new!
Ingredients
Milk, in either plastic or glass freezer safe container
Instructions
Place milk in freezer in its original plastic container or glass freezer safe container.
Make sure to leave room to allow the milk to expand, so remove milk if needed.
When ready to use frozen milk allow it to thaw in the fridge.
Notes
Milk can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Consume thawed milk within 3-4 days.
