UAS THREAT Col. Matthew T. Tedesco, U.S. Army, is the TRADOC Capabilities Manager (TCM) Global Ballistic Missile Defense at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. He holds a BA in History from Pennsylvania State University, an MA in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Masters in Strategic St udies from the U.S. Army War College.
