Capt. Vince R. Wiggins Jr., U.S. Army, commands Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 108th Air Defense
Artillery Brigade, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He holds a BA from the U.S. Military Academy and is a graduate
of the Air Defense Officer Basic Course and the Maneuver Captains Career Course. He deployed to Afghanistan in
support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2010 to 2011.
