n April 2013, U.S. Army Forces Command
(FORSCOM) designated the 2nd Armored
Brigade Combat Team (2nd ABCT), 1st
Infantry Division, based at Fort Riley, Kansas, as
the first regionally aligned force to support Uni FV@
