Marasco & Nesselbush was founded in 1999 by Joseph P . Marasco and Donna M . Nesselbush , with a mission to provide exceptional client service , extraordinary legal results to improve the lives of their clients and staff , and to serve the community . From humble beginnings with a single legal assistant , Marasco & Nesselbush has grown impressively over the years , today boasting an accomplished array of attorneys and dedicated support staff . Joe and Donna ’ s unwavering friendship , old-fashioned work ethic , commitment to each other , and the pursuit of justice continue to propel the firm .

Nesselbush , law school friends , combine practices to establish Marasco & Nesselbush . Their mission : Provide exceptional client service , achieve outstanding results , improve lives and serve the community .

M & N grows and hires its first associate attorney to expand its support team . The partners refine their focus on the medical-legal arena , specializing in serious injury , disability , and medical malpractice .

M & N represents its 1,000th client and opens its second location in Wakefield to serve the South County community .

Donna M . Nesselbush , partner , appointed municipal judge in Pawtucket . Also , founder and chair of the RI Bar Association ’ s Social Security Disability Committee .

M & N represents its 10,000th client and Providence Business News recognizes M & N as one of RI ’ s Best Places to Work , an honor achieved annually since 2012 .

Donna Nesselbush selected as RI Bar Fellow , an honor for lawyers who demonstrate outstanding dedication to community welfare in their professional , public , and private careers .

The Marasco & Nesselbush Charitable Foundation is established , funded by contributions from Joe , Donna , and M & N employees , to support the local community .

Joseph Marasco is appointed president of the Rhode Island Association for Justice , and M & N represents its 20,000th client .
