1. Be a neat freak.

If you’re thinking of phoning it in through the New Year, don’t. There are more transactions you could miss out on than you think. Besides, this season is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your sphere and foster relationships. There are so many fun things to do like going to pumpkin patches, trick or treating, and having parties. In fact, here are six different ways you can stay in flow with your sphere during the fall season. Keep in mind, if you’re not out there hustling, someone else will surely take your place!

Getting the most out of the end of 2019

1. Find ways to stay engaged

Go back to the original goals you set for yourself this time last year. Have you successfully achieved all of them? Were they measurable enough? If so, great! If not, it’s time to knuckle down and get ’er done. Start with the above suggestions to stay engaged with your sphere. At this point in the year, it will be hard chasing cold leads. Your best bet is with your sphere, the people that already know and trust you, as well as anyone they can send your way.

2. Check in on your 2019 goals

This task should be relatively easy, but extremely thought provoking. Here are some questions to ask yourself:

- What went well in 2019? What didn’t?

- What activities can you do LESS of in 2020?

- What activities should you do MORE of?

- Do you know where your leads are coming from? What’s the ROI

look like on those?

- What are your best referral sources? What happens if those dried up?

- Are your social media channels effective in drumming up more

business?
