Introducing the Home Sales Predictor


We have always strongly believed in the power of real estate presentations (surprising, we’re sure, since one of our flagship products is MoxiPresent!).

But we know how impactful presentations can be in creating more business for you. Whether it’s a buyer or seller presentation or an annual property review, we have always found (and now can prove) the relationship between the number of presentations created inside MoxiPresent and the number of home sales in the U.S.
We are very excited to share with you a brand-new tool by MoxiWorks called the Home Sales Predictor. With over 95% of U.S. home sales in our system and over 10% of agents in the U.S. using MoxiPresent, we are able to make this correlation and prediction by taking a look at the activity in a given month and predicting the number of home sales two months out.

So, for example, based on the activity inside MoxiPresent in August and September, we predict there will be roughly 541,000 home sales in October and 534,000 in November. And note, while it’s based on MoxiWorks’ proprietary and national MLS data, it doesn’t necessarily predict the results in any specific regional or local geography (hopefully one day!).

What does this mean for you and your business? Our hope is this tool can give you some insight into where we are headed. We also hope this encourages you to continue to make your sphere of influence a priority.
