Virtual Coffee Dates
The underappreciated segment of your Sphere of
Influence are those prospects who aren’t in the
immediate buy and sell phase. Pre-pandemic you’d
probably check-in and invite them for coffee, just to see
how life was going and if you could help with anything
(a landscaping or contracting recommendation, a re-fi
contact, or just a good recipe for their new pressure cooking crock pot thing.)
Bring back the fun of grabbing a cup of coffee by setting up a virtual date.
Sure, it’s BYO-cup-of-joe, but a little face-to-face time with someone new can
really lift the spirits!
April is Stress Awareness Month
Who isn’t stressed these days? So let’s do something
about it. Invite your sphere to virtual yoga. Make a video
of your favorite de-stressing advice to put on your social
media. Send some positivity out into the world.
April 22 is Administrative Professionals Day
For many agents, one of the best parts of your brokerage
are the administrative staff who help your business every
step of the way. While you may not be able to go into the
office and celebrate your accountants, your data-keepers,
your receptionists, your graphic designers, your IT gurus —
make sure they still feel the love on April 22!
April 22 is (also) Earth Day!
Taking care of the planet is something everyone can still
participate in, even while practicing social distancing.
Invite your sphere to sponsor a local green foundation or
share ways they’re helping the planet. Perhaps you’ve
been marketing in a neighborhood with LEED certified
buildings or responsible waste collection and you can
highlight those stories.
