[ ] a 3D tour if you use a service like Matterport [ ] comparables and data that support pricing, and include your own remarks to guide the viewer [ ] MOST IMPORTANT: include a contact form encouraging ‘visitors’ to sign in to this virtual experience, receive further information, and to receive the buyer tour you built in Step 1. Step 3 Get People “In the Door” Your presentation lives as information that viewers can access at any time from anywhere. No more hustling your seller out of the house for two hours. You can get creative on when and how you invite people to view your virtual open house. Here’s a few of my recommendations. Social Media Share the link to the Virtual Listing Tour on your business channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc). Be authentic and share that you may be trying something new but this is a home that is too good to miss. Do you belong to the neighborhood group on Facebook or Nextdoor? Double check with the admin and share it there! Record a candid live video to your channel asking people to view the presentation and include the link in the video description. CRM Within your database, you’ve hopefully been segmenting your contacts. MoxiEngage helps you segment buyers and sellers. Send out a message with the presentation link inviting them to take a look. Direct Mail You can put the URL address on a postcard and mail it just like you may mail out open house invites. The benefit here is that even if the mail gets delayed, your postcard is still relevant. Dawn McLellan, MoxiWorks Training Manager MILE62 | 16
