Step 1 Prepare a Virtual Buyer Tour Presentation
We, of course, are recommending MoxiPresent as the go-to
tool for agents to create virtual buyer tours, we even have a
pre-built Presentation type just for this need. However, the
same principles can be applied to your own tech-offerings if
you aren’t a MoxiPresent user. Why build out a buyer tour?
Because not everyone who attends your virtual open house
may end up wanting to buy this listing — but they may still
be looking for a resource and guide. Prove your expertise by
having additional info ready to send to virtual attendees.
Create a presentation that includes the following:
[ ] active and pending properties in the neighborhood
[ ] a map or visual representation of where these
properties are
[ ] Nearby landmarks, amenities, and average commute
times
[ ] side-by-side data comparisons of key properties
[ ] averages and statistics about days on market, price per
square foot, and other quantifiable trends
[ ] a video about the neighborhood’s appeal so that
prospects can begin imagining themselves living there
Step 2 Prepare a Virtual Listing Tour
Here’s the meat of your virtual open house. This is where you
really want your seller’s property to shine.
Create a presentation that includes the following:
[ ] property details front and center, every feature every
data point organized neatly
[ ] an embedded video tour of the property

Don’t have a professional tour video? Create one. Creating
a video can seem scary but it doesn’t have to be. Take out
your phone, open the camera and hit record. Walk around
the property and point out the same things you’d say to
someone during an in-person tour. You can then easily
upload to YouTube and embed it directly into MoxiPresent.
