Late Night Eating
T
his means eating at after 8pm, it is a habit that has attendant detrimental health effects. There could be some
occasional/exceptional cases where an individual eats late at night for example late night events and outing,
but consistent late-night eating would be to one’s detriment. Dinner should be eaten early enough so that all
such activities should discontinue by 8pm.
Someone may ask if eating late at night is bad. Those that adduce to the general condemnation of late night eating only
do so because of the weight gain effect but in truth it carries other graver consequencies than just weight gain.
