communication strategy for MARA. Frequent visitors should consider subscribing to one of the organization’s social media pages in order to keep
updated and informed. The administrators should consider copying the updates posted to the Facebook and Twitter pages to the foundation’s blog;
individuals without accounts with the social networks can still be updated of any important updates.
MARA could potentially change the way research is conducted into the Assyrian community. The digitization of historical materials will allow
scholars to access personal and family collections quickly and efficiently. The organization and the digital database have the potential to expand
even further, creating an environment where MARA could partner with larger archives and organization to further promote the documents that are
housed in the on-line database. The administrators should also consider creating a community page. The page has the potential to create an online
community of researchers where ideas can be exchanged, research advice can be given, and questions answered. MARA has the potential to help
Middle East write histories through the perspective of the Assyrian community. MARA is a great organization that should continue to expand in
order to help researchers and interested individuals access important materials and sources.
