• Al Kharsaah IPP — Marubeni Corporation and Total regarding the development , implementation and financing of the 800.15 MW Al Kharsaah Solar PV Independent Power Project in Qatar . Al Kharsaah reached financial close on 22 July 2020 notwithstanding COVID-19 related impediments and complications .
• REPDO Round 3 - Saad 300 MW IPP and Wadi & Ad Dawasir IPP — Lenders to the Jinko Power-led consortium as the preferred bidder ( targeting financial closing in Q2 2022 ) and advising TotalEnergies and Tamasuk consortium as sponsors ’ counsel regarding their successful bid for , negotiations , financing and ( ultimate ) closing of this deal .
• Shuqaiq IWPP M & A — Aljomaih Energy and Water Company as the successful purchaser of ACWA Power ’ s entire stake in the $ 1.8 billion Shuqaiq 2 IWPP
• NEOM Construction Villages PPP , KSA — Consortium of KSA lenders in respect of their support for a bid for the development and operation of the NEOM Construction Villages in the NEOM international zone in the North Western part of the Kingdom
