Nick Meyer focuses his practice on front-end infrastructure, projects and construction transactions. He regularly acts for procurers, lenders and sponsors / developers and advises on large scale infrastructure, transport, utility, energy and other development projects. Nick has particular experience advising on major commercial development deals, rail and road projects, water and energy( solar and wind) and social infrastructure.
Before joining Bracewell, Nick worked at an international law firm in Dubai, and a“ Big 6” firm in Sydney.

Tess Luijcx is a lawyer with a practice focused on project development matters in the energy and infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Bracewell, Tess served as in-house counsel at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures in Madrid and worked on several renewable energy projects including solar PV and battery storage projects. Tess also has experience working on general corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.
