Nothing says farm-to-table like a meal created with freshlyfarmed ingredients, and served outdoors, family style. For the
first time ever, Peddler’s Village lays out tables “on The Green,”
inviting guests to dine in the center of the Village.
Menu highlights: Grilled shrimp with tabbouleh, spring herb
and lettuce salad with poached egg, pear soup with blue cheese
toast, braised Berkshire pork with Colombian coffee sauce,
green pea and mint, chocolate pot de crème with blackberries
