This 5-course winemakers dinner features Italian food, plenty
of Italian wine, and among the 5 chefs will be one from Olevano
sul Tusciano, the Italian sister city of Wilmington, Delaware. Each
course features Olevano’s fine, first cold pressed extra virgin olive
oil, and will be served family style.
Menu highlights: Olive oil poached gulf shrimp and lemon risotto,
English pea soup with lardo, charred ramp oil and shad roe
bottarga, veal filet with crust of beans and brown sauce with dried
tomato pesto, butter biscuit with caramel mousse, flambéed apples
and vanilla sauce
