fresh and persistent bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit, pineapple, apple and yellow flowers.
Smooth, delightful, fresh, balanced and vibrant. An excellent match for aperitifs but also fish
and white meat.
2012 Tenuta Il Corno Chianti Fossa Spina is a deep ruby red, with violet hues. Fresh,
winy, spicy, intense and persistent bouquet, slightly fruity, dry. Smooth and dry, slightly tannic,
balanced and elegant. Works well with meat sauces, red meat and medium mature cheese.
2007 Tenuta Il Corno Comorosso IGT is deep ruby red, with violet hues. Very intense
perception of red berries matched with spicy notes that remind of prunes and boxwood, and
light notes of lignin, cocoa and vanilla. A corpulent wine, with a close structure of smooth
tannins. Remarkably full-bodied. An excellent match for game sauces, roast and braised meat
and the traditional Tuscan cuisine.
