Environmental Conservation in the New York State Environmental Quality Review for the project . Kissam cited potential for financial gain as a conflict of interest , and Sussman noted that the deadline for objections is 120 days from the lead agency announcement .
Should objections receive insubstantial responses , which often happens , Sussman said , “ The recourse is to file a lawsuit at the end of the process arguing that any approval is arbitrary and capricious because the reviewing agency did not take
New Windsor Country Inn in attendance . McCormack is an active member of the local senior singing group known as the Golden Songsters . They are a troupe of about ten people who visit between five to eight Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities each month and put on a one hour singing program for the enjoyment of their residents . He not only plays his violin together with this group ’ s director and keyboardist Hazel Lake , but he occasionally sings solos to thrill the audience with his exceptional tenor voice .
John is a long time resident of the Town of Newburgh . He served in the Army Air Corp . in Guam , during World War II and was discharged in 1945 . He is
a hard look at the specific environmental consequences , but acted like a rubber stamp , as evidenced by the simplified , repetitive and frustrating responses .
“ You can ’ t sleep through the process ,” he said . “ Objections should be raised at early stages ,” and specific , well-informed comments are most effective .

“ Landowners are a party to whatever happens ,” said Ken Hall , of Newburgh , who found that plans for the proposed pipeline would put it about 500 feet from also a retired employee of the US Postal Service .
McCormack is the treasurer of Newburgh ’ s Golden Age Club . He was also an avid golfer and until recently used to play nine holes of golf three to four times each week . He is a past member of the Newburgh Male Chorus .
In 1926 , John with his four siblings and parents emigrated to the United States from Glasco , Scotland . He married his wife Geneieve in September 1942 . Geneieve passed away in 2002 . He loves his family which consists of his two daughters , Eileen and Andrea , his five grand children and eight great grandchildren .

“ They could also change plans ,” he said . “ It ’ s a moving target that makes you concerned when you see it that close .”
Pilgrim is offering landowners money for easements , which ORAPP advises against accepting because of water and soil pollution and explosion risks . But in transporting oil , Hall noted that Pilgrim can litigate for eminent domain for “ public good ”— transportation law phrasing written by Nelson Rockefeller , who ’ s family owned Standard Oil .
