New Windsor resident celebrates her 100th birthday

flowers, balloons and of course a large
cake for all the seniors to enjoy.
Dorothy was presented a certificate in
recognition of her 100th birthday from the
New Windsor Town Supervisor, George
Green, who was unable to personally
attend the festivities.
“Laughter is the best medicine,” said
Dorothy.
