James M. Barao, 28 of New Windsor was charged January 7
with possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree
and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned
before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and released on his own
recognizance. He will return to court on February 23.
A 17-year-old male of New Windsor was charged January
11 with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned
before Town Justice Noreen Calderin and released on his own
recognizance. He will return to court on February 28.
Alexandra R. Messer, 22, of New Windsor was charged
January 11 with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was
arraigned before Town Justice Noreen Calderin and will
return to court on February 28.
Michael Stephens, 57, of Newburgh was charged January 11
with fictitious inspection and no/expired inspection. He was
arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and will return
to court on February 23.
Theo J. Mckeon, 19 of Newburgh was charged January 11
with suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation
in the 3rd degree, unlicensed driver, equipment violation,
insurance violation and bench warrant. He was arraigned
before Town Justice Noreen Calderin and will return to court
on February 11.
Crystal S. McDonald, 31 of New Windsor was charged
January 12th with two counts of petit larceny. She was
arraigned before Town Justice Noreen Calderin and will
return to court on February 11.
Christopher J. Torelli, 36 of Highland Mills was charged
January 13 with unlicensed driver and aggravated unlicensed
operation in the 2nd degree/alcohol. He was arraigned
before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and released on his own
recognizance. He will return to court on February 23.
Ramon Rivera Jr., 23 of Newburgh was charged January
13 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree,
unlicensed driver, tinted windows and equipment violation.
He was arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and
released on his own recognizance. He will return to court on
February 23.
Rondelle A. Benjamin, 19 of New Windsor was charged
January 14th with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlicensed driver, equipment violation, headlights and tinted windows. He was arraigned before Town Justice Noreen Calderin
and released on his own recognizance. He will return to
court on March 10.
Theresa F. Anzalone, 31 of Cornwall was charged January
14th with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree,
no/expired insurance and no/expired inspection. She was
arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and will return
to court on February 23.
Kamisa B. Aviles, 24 of Cornwall on Hudson was charged
January 15th with aggravated unlicensed operation in the
3rd degree, no/expired inspection and equipment violation.
She was arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and
released on her own recognizance. She will return to court
on February 23.
Christopher Howe, 22 of New Windsor was charged January
15 with bench warrant and equipment violation. He was
arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and released
to a third party. He will return to court on January 26.
A 17-year-old of Newburgh was charged January 16th with
harassment in the 2nd degree. He was arraigned before
Town Justice Richard Thorpe and released, and will return to
court on February 9.
Charles M. Desousa, 26 of New Windsor was charged
January 16th with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd
degree and no/expired inspection. He was arraigned before
Town Justice Richard Thorpe and released on his own recognizance. He will return to court on February 23.
Wilma M. Patrick, 44, of Newburgh, was charged Jan. 16 with
two counts of hindrance of prosecution and obstruction of
governmental administration. She was arraigned before Town
Justice Richard Thorpe and released on $500 bail. He will
return to court on January 26.
Gavonne C. Bentley, 22, of New Windsor, was charged Jan.
16, with criminal impersonation and on a bench warrant. He
was arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and was
due to return to town court on Jan. 26.
Tyshawn D. Faison, 21, of Newburgh, was charged Jan.
16 with assault 3d and criminal contempt 2nd. She was
arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and released
on $500 bail. He was due in court on January 26.
Paul A. Zenick, 52, of New Windsor, was charged Jan. 17
with harassment 2nd. He was arraigned before Town Justice
Richard Thorpe and released on his own recognizance. He
was due to return to town court on Jan. 26.
Terry F. Penfield, 52, of Newburgh, was charged Jan. 17 with
aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, tailgating, unregistered
motor vehicle and no or expired insuran
