By SHANTAL RILEY [email protected] The City of Newburgh is planning to build a small park on city property along the Hudson River, just north of Blu Pointe restaurant. “The project has no negative effects on the environment,” City Manager Michael Ciaravino said shortly after the council issued a negative declaration allowing the plan to move forward at a Newburgh City Council meeting earlier this month.
