By SHANTAL RILEY [email protected] Racks stood laden with brand-new coats for children ages five through 14. Some had hoods and drawstrings. Others were down-filled with furry collars. On a nearby table was a neat row of plush hats, scarves and gloves, tags still attached. It wasn’t a department store. It was the second floor of the Church at the Bridge on Broadway, where the church held the first ever Warm Coats from Warm Hearts coat drive over the weekend. “It’s a basic human need,” said church Lead Pastor Jose Vasquez. “We’ve got 300 coats here today for kids in grades kindergarten throug
