STAFF SPOTLIGHT
Julie Clemensen
Julie works for Mid-County as an administrative assistant and was hired January 23, 2006. She earned an associate’ s degree in marketing and business administration and began her career in that field before moving into office management. Clemensen has 28 years of office and administrative experience. She lives in Cologne with her husband and two sons. Julie loves attending her sons’ sporting events, reading, singing, and spending time with her family.
Matt Johnson
Matt has been employed in the truck and auto repair shop at Mid-County Coop for the past three years. He grew up on a farm, and has been working on tractors and trucks for as long as he can remember. He enjoys using his skills to help customers, and he also enjoys working as part of a team. When Matt is not at work, he can often be found working on his own truck.
Rich Pauly
Rich lives in Dassel, and joined Mid-County’ s energy sales team in August 2014. He has 30 years of experience in the fuels and energy industry. Rich grew up in Chaska, and graduated from Chaska High School. He started working for the family business, Minnesota Valley Oil in Carver with his father, Arlan Pauly, in the 1980s. Mid- County Coop purchased the company in 2000.
Dusty Kroells
Dusty has worked in the energy department at Mid-County since April 2011. His duties include fuel delivery, service, and sales. Dusty spends his time delivering bulk fuels to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers and maintaining customer equipment. Prior to starting his work at Mid-County, he operated Kroells Oil for 12 years. He lives in Green Isle, and enjoys hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, and barbecuing.
