Sweet Music
Mid-County fuel delivery driver, Steve Solmonson, began his journey with the company on December 15, 2008. His job duties include delivering fuel and getting to know his customers in order to better meet their needs. Before beginning his career with Mid- County, Solmonson was involved in the propane business. He and his wife live on Phelps Island, located in Mound. They have six grandchildren. During his downtime, Solmonson likes to fish and hunt with his son and enjoys his annual trip to the shore of Lake Superior. A little known fact about Steve: he is a long-time member of the Daisy Dillman Band.
Helping farmers since 1976
Mid-County’ s Art Templin works as the agronomy office support and was hired on December 14, 2009. His main duties consist of office work where he does billing, answers phone calls, and works with customers. Templin was raised on a family farm northeast of Plato. He began his career serving farmers at the Plato fertilizer plant in 1976. He and his wife reside in Plato. Together they have a son, daughter, and four grandchildren. Templin is passionate about fishing, deer hunting, classic cars, and antique tractors.
