A: I do not specialize in any one neighborhood, as any other Realtor. I cover all of
Naples, Bonita Springs/Estero, and the islands.
Q: What are the maximum listings I maintain at any one time?:
A: 8-12 properties. Any more than this number I feel can not be properly serviced.
Q: What is your typical work day/week like?
A: Gym at 0630-0730 4-5 times/week. Buyer followup phone calls 9-11. Seller phone call
updates once a week 11-12. Marketing development weekly. Prospecting phone calls
7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
