Timothy A . Barber initially interned at the Black Archives in 2003 . After successive promotions , he became executive director in 2009 . Barron Channer founded BACH Real Estate , an affiliate of Woodwater Investments , to help contribute to South Florida ’ s emergence as a world-class metropolitan area . Joann Milord is the executive director of Northeast Second Avenue Partnership ( NE2P ), a community collaborative effort focused on revitalizing the Little Haiti community .
