A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
A healthy lifestyle is a way to keep your body and mine in good conditions and this is important because it keeps us healthy so in that way we can have a better life.
Some healthy habits are: brush your teeth after eating and also before going to bed, walk for 30 minutes a day, eat fruits and vegetables 3 times a day. Don’t eat too much fast food. Finally but not less important… get a bath diary.
And some unhealthy habits are: Using the cellphone too much time because it affects your eyes and makes you sedentary. Also eating a lot of fast food because it makes you getting fat.
Lastly, having a healthy lifestyle as a teenager is important because your body is still in formation.
My predecessors living style
I´m going to write about my parents, my dad is Carlos, he is 42 years old, he lives in Toluca and he is a doctor. My mom is Andrea, she is 40 years old, she lives in Toluca and she is a nutritionist.
My parents had a healthy lifestyle because they didn´t use to eat fast food, instead they ate healthy. Since they were kids they were taught to take a bath every day, laso they used to walk a lot. My dad liked top lay football in his free time and my mom used to go to the Disco. And both of them used to plant tres on December.
Their lifestyle is different from ours maybe because the technology make us more lazy and we want things more easily.
