COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
The Sales Department, is the one in charge of maintaining the company active, since it makes our activity work by providing income from the sales of our products.
Our commercial department during these months has been in charge of making offers to reopen the company, sending products to our Spanish, Catalan and English clients.
We’ve been writing emails and sending them to different parts of Europe, referring to our previous clients.
After having made the reopening offer, a box and an extinguisher with a lower price than the initial, we made a Christmas promotion. We did a video in which we offered a box and two fire extinguishers 20% off. In the video, one of our colleagues was dressed as an extinguisher and two other colleagues were acting as buyer and seller explaining the offer.
FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT
The Financial Department is in charge of the accounting, of the accounts, of the money that has the company and of the expenses and incomes, also controls the debts that the company has with the suppliers and the outstanding debts of the clients.
The Financial Department in Roca Security, during these months, has created the general accounting plan with the accounts that our company use, has registered the supplies, to see if there have been payments or incomes, and also if we have had purchases or sales in our company.
