Do exercise. Not only is it good for your circulatory system, it is very good for your mind. It relaxes, it rambles, it stops being concentrated in anguish, it rests. A well-rested mind solves problems better.

Eat something rich and healthy. If you like avocado, buy one and enjoy it with a tortilla, make a salad of lettuce, cucumber and jicama with lots of lemon. The light foods and that we like boost our spirits.

Make an effort to stop thinking about the future or the past

Always act as you think is right. Follow your instinct, listen to your little voice. That will save you many discomforts in the future and it will make you feel very good in the present.
