3- They wrote a story in English, of course, the students got crazy looking up words in the
dictionary and I also got crazy helping them with grammar and verbs, but finally
they create a nice fantasy story.

The Magic War
A long time ago on a planet called Elements. There was a city called Adventure. There were three lovely
princesses called Chocolate, Vainilla and Strawberry and they lived in a super enormous castle, and lived with
their parents. But the Chocolate’s parents were separated and Vainilla’s parents also separated. But they all
lived together in different bedrooms and the princesses lived together too. They were best friends.
Once upon a time, the girls were playing in his bedroom… Suddenly came Hadilla and the princesses got scared:
-AH!-The princesses shouted.
-Calm down I´m not a hunter, I just wanted to tell you something super important – said Hadilla
-Ok, but can you tell me who you are?
-I am a fairy, my name is Hadilla-said Hadilla
-Ok, and what do you want to tell us?
-I need your help to recover our planet because Black Blood is coming , the archienemy of the world- said Hadilla
-Ok, but after we tell you the answer, we need to think a bit-said Chocolate
-Okay, I’m waiting for you here until you give me your answer-Said Hadilla.
At last, the princesses said that they will help her and Hadilla was happier than some castanets. (más feliz que
unas castañuelas )
Hadilla told them that the magical war would begin the following week.
Hadilla gave the princesses powers to fight against the madness of the world. The powers were: communication
slkills (telepathy), empathy (water force) hard work (fire power), unselfishness (telekinesis) and love (Body
Language)…………………………………

FOURTH STEP AND LAST
4- Deaf students will act out in Spanish Sign Language and their hearing classmates will
speak in English the performance. They will be the voice of the deaf students’
characters in the story.
I am sure this part would be the best one: hearing classmates being the voices in English of
their deaf classmates´ role play. I know you are willing to know what happens in the Magic
War, however, you would have to wait a little bit more since the performance will be
presented next school-year 2019-2020. SO, ……¡¡¡WE HOPE YOU TO COME AND SEE US. !!!
