CONCLUSIONES 
Se   lograron   determinar   las   concentraciones   mínimas   inhibitorias   y   bactericida   de   cada   aceite  
esencial   ensayado   sobre   las   cepas   STEC,   permitiendo   visualizar   el   potencial   uso   de   aceites  
esenciales en diferentes matrices donde pueda encontrarse el patógeno objeto de estudio.
